What does my rental include?
Your rental of Concord Fifty + Five includes the main room with access to our kitchenette, SONOS sound system, 500 sq ft garden, and 2 private bathrooms. You also get access to a private parking lot connected to the venue. Please see the amenities page for a complete list.
What is the capacity?
It largely depends on the type of event you are hosting, but we estimate 70 – 90 people for a sit down dinner and 100 – 120 people for a stand up cocktail style event.
Are we allowed to bring in our own cater?
Contact us for our list of in house preferred caterers as we do not allow for outside caterers to come in. However, in association with our preferred caterers, we do allow bakeries and food trucks to set up outside in our parking lot.
Where do people park?
There is ample free street parking surrounding the space. We do have a 2000 square foot lot with approximately 8 parking spots that can be reserved with your event coordinator.
Can you rent out the parking lot?
Yes, but it is an extra fee. Please inquire for more information.
